The Cartuxa Olive Mill is equipped with state-of-the-art extraction technology, manned by a team committed to producing olive oils with all the characteristics of the region, while maintaining the high standards of quality and stringency expected of the Cartuxa name. Quality control is observed throughout production, from harvesting the olives, to reception at the Mill, to the production process, bottling and dispatching. An investment of funds over recent years has resulted in modernised olive groves and olive oil, assuring increased production of premium olive oils.
The combination of investment and passion for production has deservedly brought wide recognition to Cartuxa, EA and Álamo olive oils. In addition to producing oil from its own olive groves, a partnership has been established with premier olive growers in the region whose olives are also brought in and blended.
